Capitol City Baptist Church was established in 1956. Included in the ministries of the church is a full Pre-K through12th grade school program with 150 students attending on a three building campus in Holt, Michigan. The Christian school was established in 1973.

The Ministries of Capitol City Baptist Church

Capitol City Baptist Church and School is committed to teaching ALL people about God. We have many ministries to reach all groups of people.

Sunday School - Toddlers to Adults

Our Sunday School is based upon sound Bible teaching. The Sunday School hour starts at 10:00 a.m. We have individual classes based on ages for children and adults along with special needs like the hearing impaired.

Teen Ministry - Pastor Roger Epps, Leader

The goal of our youth ministry is to reach the youth of our area with the life changing message of the gospel of Jesus Christ. The teens have their own group meetings during Sunday School hour at 10:00 a.m. and on Wednesday evenings at 7:00 p.m.

Deaf Ministry - Alton Cooper, Pastor

A long time ministry of our church is including the hearing impaired in worship and fellowship. We conduct regular services for the deaf in their own chapel. There are many activities held throughout the year for the members of this ministry. If you would like more information please call the church's TTY line at (517)694-6277.
